Welcome to Crown Stays.

These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure every stay is seamless, considered and respectful of both our guests and our properties. By making a reservation with Crown Stays, you agree to the terms set out below.

We ask that you review them carefully before confirming your booking. Our aim is to provide an exceptional standard of accommodation while maintaining the privacy, security and comfort expected of a Crown Stays experience.

Reservations are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely in GBP.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of paid prepayments. Cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Alternative arrangements are subject to availability and prior agreement.

Guests are responsible for the property and the conduct of their party throughout the stay. Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation unless otherwise agreed.

A £250 security deposit is pre-authorised on the payment card on the day of arrival and voided one day after departure. Guests remain responsible for damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

Guests must respect the property, neighbours and any property-specific rules provided by Crown Stays. Unauthorised parties, illegal activity and unreasonable disturbance are prohibited.

Crown Stays is not responsible for personal belongings or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, subject to any rights guests have under applicable consumer law.
